Links to web sites outside of the NEOC site are provided for information and convenience.  The NEOC takes no responsibility for the content of any web site linked to from this site.  Should a link no longer be active or if the content has changed dramatically, please notify the webmaster and the link will be examined.

Privacy Policy

The NEOC will hold all contacts to it, whether by phone, mail, in-person, or e-mail, by the privacy guidelines in its existing policies and rules and regulations.

In general, this means that we do not provide information on individuals who contact us to the general public.  Only those directly involved in a filed case, or their representatives, are provided any information, and only within certain strictures.  Filing a charge requires that the charge form be signed, dated, notarized, and received in any of our offices before it is valid.  Until such signing and receipt, the Respondent will not be notified of contact.

Due to the nature of our Agency, the majority of our business is not applicable under the Freedom of Information Act.
